Independent carriers retain their own authority when partnering with Interstate and can choose from two pay options: 83% of gross revenue paid in 10 days or 80% of gross revenue paid in 3 days. Interstate also offers first in-first out dispatch no orientation and no trailer fees; just the freedom to run when and where carriers want. The 3% rate increase is only available from October 1 – December 31 2014.
