Richmond, VA – September 2, 2008 – Barr-Nunn Transportation is pleased to announce its next sponsored race with Mac Hill Motorsports for the 2008 NASCAR season. Danny O’Quinn will be driving the #56 Barr-Nunn Chevrolet car at the Nationwide Series Emerson Radio 250 on September 5th at the Richmond International Raceway.

Barr-Nunn company driver Eric Blacker and Barr-Nunn Owner Operator Alan Cremeans will be at the race to witness the speed and excitement from the pits, each with a guest.  Both drivers earned these passes due to their on-time delivery performance and overall safety rating with the company.

“I’m very excited to be attending the race,” said Cremeans, who will take in the race with his wife. “I’m a very big fan and have attended several races. I’ve seen Danny race on T.V. but never live, so I’m looking forward to that.”

“This will be my first race ever,” said Blacker, who is also attending with his wife. “My wife’s a fan too, and we have a family member who races, so this will be exciting.”

This is Barr-Nunn's 3rd Nationwide race this season with Danny O’Quinn scheduled to compete.

“Barr-Nunn has had a relationship with Danny O Quinn for the past 3 years and we are excited to see him back on the track and competing in the Nationwide Series,” stated Jeff Blank, Director of Recruiting at Barr-Nunn.
