TRANSPORT AMERICA COMPANY DRIVERS – NEW PAY PACKAGE Transport America will have a new pay structure that will be phased in over the next 6-12 months. In the first phase, all solo OTR company drivers will receive at least a $0.01/mile increase for all paid miles. This will come into effect on July 31, 2011. There are more phases to come and the details of those phases will be communicated as they come into effect. In addition, we will be evaluating all segments of our business (including team operations, dedicated, regional, and local) as part of this analysis.
