RTI's Lease Purchase/Company Drivers receive:

2500-3000 miles a week/ Pre-planned dispatch

Out 7-21 days with 2-3 days off (depending on where you live)

 

Contractors shall be paid the below rates based on dispatched miles, loaded and empty.  Contractor’s rate of pay is determined by the origin state and destination state of the load dispatched.  Loads picking up and delivering in the same zone will be paid at that zone’s rate of pay.  Loads picking up in a zone different than the zone the load is delivering in will pay at the lower of the two zones’ rate of pay. 

 

                 

There is also a .04 per mile performance bonus based on Miles, Accidents, Tickets and CSA Roadside violations
