- Base Pay East Coast and Midwest:  $0.46
- Safety Bonus (Paid 1 quarter behind):  $0.03
- Base Pay California:  $0.42
- Extra Pick-up/Delivery:  $20.00 (per stop)
- Weekly Cell Phone Reimbursement:  $13.85
- Unloading Paid

Owner Operators

- Rate per Dispatched Miles:  $1.05
- East Coast Delivery:  $0.07
- California Delivery:  $0.10
-Sunday/Monday delivery to the following states:  $0.03
Florida - Georgia - South Carolina - North Carolina - Virginia - West Virginia - Pennslyvania - Maryland - New York - New Jersey - Delaware - Connecticut - Rhode Island - Maine - Massachusetts - New Hampshire - Vermont
- Fuel Surcharge based on all dispatched miles, based on weekly national average
- Extra Pick-up/Delivery:
         $50.00 (Outhaul)
         $25.00 (Backhaul)
- Free Base License after 6 month of continuous service
