TSD Logistics, Inc. Benefits:
- 401K: Eligible after 6 months of service. Company Match.
- Life Insurance: $25,000 Policy with a $25,000 ADD rider policy paid for by TSD.
- Holiday Pay: July 4th, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, paid at $80.00 per day.
- Vacation Pay: One week after 1 year; two weeks after 2 years; three weeks after 5 Years. Pay is 1/52 of yearly income.
- Health Ins: Available the 1st day of the month following 60 days of employment.
- Orientation: Applicants are paid $50 per day. Lodging, travel, breakfast, and lunch provided.
- Long-Term Disability: After 6 mo. off work, disability picks up at 60% of monthly salary. Premium paid by TSD.
- Performance Bonus: Earn up to .04¢ per mile each month with Performance Bonus
- Log Incentive: Earn $25 each month for Violation Free Logs
- Clean Inspections: Earn $50 for each “No Violation” Inspection you receive
- Cell Phone Allowance: $50 flat pay on last day of month.

TSD Logistics, Inc Driver Requirements:
- Age: 25 years of age
- Experience: 3 years verifiable OTR experience
- Moving Violations: No more than 3 in the last 12 months
- Drug Screening: Never failed post-accident or random
