“NO COST” EASY START-UP: “Why buy a pump when we will let you use ours at no charge?” It’s financially tough for a contractor to transition to a new carrier and we want to make the transition as easy as possible. Not only do we not charge, we also maintain the equipment and pump at no charge.
- If necessary, Miller will also pay to relocate fifth wheel to Miller specifications, removal of hand valve, relocation of equipment to make room for pump installation.
- Miller will provide the first set of permits at no charge to the Contractor. Contractors will be responsible for the purchase of subsequent permits.
- Miller will pay for the initial physical and drug screen.
- Miller provides D.O.T required inspection on Contractor equipment at an interval of 90 days at no cost to the Contractor.

Company Drivers Pay: El Dorado, AR; Memphis, TN; and Mobile, AL Single: - $0.46 cents per mile loaded
- $0.33 cents per mile empty
Teams: - $0.25 per driver loaded
- $0.19 cents per driver empty
Local: - (50 miles or less)
- $16.20 per hour
Load/Unload Pay: - $16.20 per hour starting at scheduled load/unload time – no free time
Non-Productive Pay: Pay: E. St. Louis, IL Single: - $0.36 cents per mile loaded and empty + $0.0525 cents per mile per diem
Load/Unload Pay: - $17.50 flat amount for first two (2) hours and then $14.85 per hour thereafter
