- Starting Pay Solo Drivers: $.34 mile
- Automatic ½ cent mile increase every 6 months to a maximum of .40 cents
- Paid Loading/Unloading with authorization (95% of freight NO TOUCH)
- $15 Drop/Pick Pay after First/Last
- Layover Pay - $25 per day
- Payroll made available every Friday at 3:00 p.m. Central time on Comdata card or via direct deposit
- Trips scanned in by Noon Monday (Central Time) pay that Friday
- Paid Vacation- One week after One Year, Two weeks after Three Years,
- Eligible for 401K at start of next quarter following hire date
- Major Medical & Dental Insurance available at group rates-effective 1st of month after 60 days
- AFLAC Disability and Term Life Insurance available at group rates after 6 months

- Major lanes include Midwest to California, Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA and Allentown, PA
- First In / First Out Dispatch
- No New York City, New England States, Canada, or Mexico
- Average Length of Haul 1100 miles
- 2,700 - 3,200 miles per week / solo drivers
- All miles are paid according to PCMiler Shortest version 18
- 1 Day Home for each week out
- Free transportation, lodging, breakfast and lunch at driver orientation each week
