Company Notes: EARN $0.40-$0.42/MI MINIMUM WITH 1 YEAR OTR EXPERIENCE 55% OF OUR TRUCKS ARE 2011-2013 MODEL YEAR
Barr-Nunn pays a minimum rate of $0.40-$0.42/mi on Practical Miles (5% more than household movers guide miles) for all OTR drivers with 1-6 years experience. On top of this pay the following "Band Pay" rates apply based on the length of haul of the load you run: - 0-50 miles = $0.88/mi + $15
- 51-100 miles = $0.88/mi
- 101-200 miles = $0.50/mi
- 201-300 miles = $0.46/mi
- 301-400 miles = $0.44/mi
- 401-550 miles = $0.42/mi
- 551 + & empty + $0.40/mi
Those drivers with 7 years or more experience earn $0.41/mi as a base. (Starting pay is $0.42-$0.43/mi for those OTR drivers living in the Northeast and Ohio) TEAM DRIVERS EARN $.50/MI ALL MILES TEAM DRIVERS ARE ASSIGNED A 2013 FREIGHTLINER CASCADIA TEAM DRIVERS EARN A $2000 SIGN ON BONUS THROUGH 7/6/12 All Company Drivers have $0.02/mi on all paid miles contributed to their 401K starting Day 1. Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance: - $35/week = Single

Barr-Nunn Transportation Additional Requirements - No more than 3 Moving Violations in the last 4 years
- No More than 2 Moving Violations in the last 12 months
- No DOT preventable or on road accidents in last 3 OTR driving years
Owner Operators * "Band Pay" or "Pure Pay" * You Choose! Band Pay Operators earn revenue at the following rates: - 0-100 miles = $1.93/mi plus Fuel Surcharge
- 101-200 miles = $1.23/mi plus Fuel Surcharge
- 201-300 miles = $1.08/mi plus Fuel Surcharge
- 301-400 mile = $1.03/mi plus Fuel Surcharge
- 401-550 miles = $0.96/mi plus Fuel Surcharge
- 551 miles = $0.96/mi plus Fuel Surcharge
Band Pay Owner Operators will receive performance bonuses paid out at $800 or $975 every 30,000 miles! NEW CSA Bonus of $450 every 30,000 safe paid miles.
Owner Operator Sign On will be $1500 on 1st settlement earn $0.99/mi - $1.96/mi plus Fuel if hazmat endorsed!
Owner Operator Sign On will be $1500 on 1st settlement - valid thru 7/6/12. Pure Pay Operators earn the folowing revenue: - $1.00/mile loaded & $0.80 per mile empty plus Fuel Surcharge all loaded and empty miles
