i would haved to say Arkansas has the worst roads...but then again California has some rough places like interstate 5 and interstate 99.please give me your two cents where you think the toughest roads are.

California on I80 on the East side of Donner Pass, man you come down off that mountain and you get beat to death. When you hit the Nevada line you feel like you have died and gone to heaven

you aint lying there about the cruddy and shotty i-80 up there!!and as for reaching the Nevada border and touchin way better interstate...it does leave a good feelin :aktion035: i think it has to do with all the truckers spendin all the "hard earned paychecks"on gamblin at the casinos and truckstop casinos and maybe the state of Nevada Dept.Of Transportation gets a hefty cut in it to make road improvments.

It's not on the list, but I would vote Arkansas. I used to live in Arkansas and can tell you that the secondary roads are in 100% better shape than the interstate's there.

rockefeller, Hopefully I stand corrected. I left there in Sept. of 2001 and they were working on I-30 then. I will be going back for a visit and it would be nice to ride on a nice smooth road through there for a change.

I40 between Tulsa and Arkansas state line, like riding a washboard, almost as bad as the 99 mile stretch from Toole UT to Winover used to be in the 80's

Hey all, what about Cabbage up near Portland, Ore.? where you have to go around the mountain then go down a steep down/upgrade. Don't get me started on Donner Pass.
