I use Drivers Daily Log. My company loves me turning them in.

No...Im a Werner driver.
I had to log on paper logs for 4days when my qcomm when out. I screwed it up something bad. (been doing it paperless for 5yrs). I was so glad when my qcomm was fixed.
Good thing I wasnt DOT'd during that period, they would have gotten a real good laugh at my expense. (literally) |

| I guess, you can say, we run both. We do have logs, but we also have On Board Computers in our trucks. They told us that we are going to use that computer for everything. Time clock, logs, etc, and we are no longer going to use our log books. They told us that about a year ago. Still, we run log books. |

Werner and Eagle out of Tucson are the only ones that I know of that currently have electronic logging.
My electronic logbook has also been messed up more than a few times because of the qcom not transmitting on a timely basis or for some reason loosing connection with the sat. Or another fun fix you have to take care of --- your sitting in a traffic jam and you sit for more than 7 - 10 minutes with no movement. The system will automatically drop you to line 4 and show that you have made a stop, that is unless you do the correct macro call every few minutes while your waiting. |

| Yeah, I've heard that. Sitting in Dallas traffic, and other guys on the radio talk about Werner, and how they are on duty not driving while sitting in traffic. :P |

| Check into the Peoplenet OBRD and their logging system. So far it beats the heck out of the qualcomm system. Now if the drivers would just log off of the system properly, they wouldn't have to get the logs fixed all the time! ugh!!! This system is in used by quite a few companies (including ours). |

Not true ... at least not now. We're running the PeopleNet eLogs. |
