| Me too but the thing I don't like about my T600 is it feels like it going to tip over going into a corner, basically its a weeble. A lot of its the 8 bag rear suspension, combine that with the set back front axel and high profile cab makes for a truck that has an ok ride but is hard to keep between the lines. The 379's ride great and run more flat which is what I am looking for, and yea, they look cool too. |

Not that it's my favorite (only drove a couple trucks), I run a '94 KW T600 with 1,030,000 miles on the original Cat 475, w/ an Eaton 9 spd. I average around 6.5mpg running loaded in the flatlands, and about 5.5 in the hills in the east coast.
To the best of my knowledge, the only thing that's been done to the truck is the heads were rebuilt. Tranny & rears have never been cracked open.
The only thing I don't like about that model is the bulkhead you have to crawl through (it's a dbl bunk aerocab). |

Not sure, but if you can hum a few notes I could probably play it on the guitar....
And one other snide comment or question, in this case: If it's a W900 Rooster Cruiser, why is there a photo of a Pumpkin Century?????? |

Good grief!!!
Glade you were not hurt.
So far, just out of my experience with different tractors, I would say I like KW's for their ride quality.
The cummins engines for their drivability(I know what my brother is talking about now).
But the detroits & cats pull very well.
The smoothest shifting was the freightliner I drove at school. |

| The "better" truck may not be the best value truck. Sure you can get a better truck than Freightliner, but you probably can't get a better value. |

| My next truck is going to be a kw w900 with a c15 cat at 625hp. The best riding truck I ever drove was 2001 Mack CH613 with a MACK 454hp and a 10spd |
