Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed the slump in baseball.
Seems the Yankees can no longer function well with the added enhancements.
I hope all the natural players finally get the records and pay they have always deserverd over the artificle players. |

there has been a slump in baseball
the yankees and mets are both down and have injuries and all the bottom tier teams are all stepping up a bit (rays and marlins)
i like the mets and they just fired their coach! |

| Another Mets fan here...win or lose. Been a Mets fan forever, thanks to my Dad. Trying to get one last game in at Shea before it's a parking lot. |

| I'm a Reds fan and have been all my life...at least when I do not detest baseball. However, strikes, steriods, $350 million dollar salaries, and the dumbest man in the planet as a commisioner have literally ruined the sport. Maybe someday it'll shake off the garbage and regain its luster...but I kind of doubt it. |

Twilight Flyer,
I totally agree to you!.
In the late 70's, my uncle said to a group of us, some day sports is going to ruin this country! As of recent, if the cities wouldn't be helping these teams put up ball parks, the sport would be dead broke......... |

the enhanced boneheads have destroyed what was left of baseball's integrity.
on a side note, does anybody remember an ex-left handed pitcher by the name of jim merrit? if so, he drives for swift and lives 5 miles away from me in wonderful scottsdale. nice guy, and smokes like a freight train. |
