Apparently, that video was taken from 3 separate cell phones at different stages of the fire. The view from the 2nd cell phone appears to have been taken way earlier than the other 2 when the trailer was just starting to smolder (at the start of that cell phone's video) and I think I can make out the letters ACT on the part of the trailer that is hanging between the 2 overpasses. Actually, after re-watching, the 1st cell phone's video also shows the ACT even though the trailer is pretty well engulfed in flames, the forward part of the trailer was not on fire until after you see the back part of the trailer settle down. The 3rd cell phone is too far away and of not as good a quality so you can only tell a trailer is on fire on an overpass.
According to WFAA-TV, the driver jumped out in time, the cab was hanging from the bridge and the driver was taken to a local hospital. I could make out the logo on the trailer in the video only, in the still shots that WFAA-TV has up on their web site, the WFAA-TV captions cover the majority of the trailer logo so, unless you know your logos well enough to know them from a slight amount of the front end of the logo and how the lines go to the back of the trailer, I am not sure you would guess that was an ACT trailer.
BTW, I used to live near that area but no longer do hence my having knowledge of the roadways and media stations in that area. |

Yes it was ACT.
According to news reports, he lost control and as he was going over the edge had his fuel tanks ruptured and caught fire.
They showed somebody that they identified as the driver being put on a gourney and the paramedics having to make him lay down. |
