Your horses are beautiful.....
It amazes me how the walk so fast,
kids can take months to learn that.
How many babies did your horses have this spring? anymore I mean?
And please forgive my ignorance but.... what kind is this one?
Does it have a name yet?
My friend's family breeds horses I should ask what kind, all the babies have names like " Dances with Kylie" or" Jumps with Devon" I think they race them so thats why the names are like that. |

This is our only foal for this year; should have been 2, but the other mare never 'took'. So far this lil' guys name is pending, but Im calling him "Rudy" (registered name will be Integritys Rendition). He is a purebred arabian- all of my horses are except for one. In this pic his daddy is the silver one in the background. "Rudy" will turn grey as well.

Thanks ...
I would have never guess that Rudy would turn that color,
So is he for shows, racing or just owning? |

Im thinkin' about stealing from his momma so he can be in the house w/me LOL
He's for sale, but if he doesnt sell I'll keep him; I am picky about my horses going to good homes. He's bred to be an athlete- so he can be shown or do endurance, or just trail ride. |

Trail rides sounds nice,
Do you take any of your horses on trails? Once when we were hiking, we spooked a rider with a new horse in training. Very scary, well for the rider the horse backed up into a tree thankfully we weren't on a narrow switch back, it could have been fatal.
We did do what you are suppose to do when hiking, stop, turn around, speak and wave so that the horse realizes that you are human and not some foreign pack animal. Sadly the poor horsey was still scared. We were fully loaded though, I was seven months pregnant and my husband was packng everything and the kitchen sink. I would have been scared too. |

fellow Arabian owner here..
What bloodlines are your horses? I have a lovely mare sired by Kouvay Bey (Bey Shah son) and out of the *Bask daughter, Scarlet O'Hara. Since I'm laid up this year and won't be riding I'm looking to get my mare covered this season if I can locate the right stallion for her ;)
Also, there is a great Arabian horse forum called ArabianBreeders.net ypou might liked if your not on it already ;)
Congrats on your little one! |

Yes TW, I do a lot of trail riding- my favorite thing to do :) I show once in a while too, mainly for fun, but to promote our horses a little.
Floored; thats pretty neat; I have never seen Kouvay Bey in person, but was lucky to have met Bey Shah+ a couple times when he stood @ Midwest, which is only 40 mins from my house. That horse would send chills through you- I am sure Kouvay is the same. Ive been on AB.net a few times, dont get to post much on there tho. My horses are mainly Halberg breeding (*Hal Gazal/Hal Thats Amore'/ *Harbit/ G-Amaka). |
