to put on the line with what they were doing, blood diamonds and all.
I think I would rather be a roadie for Kiss than kill myself for DeBeers...

blood diamonds do not come from Canada they come from Angola and Sierra

I watched this show and I liked it a lot.

I drove in subzero temperatures on snow all the time, but never on ice!
ice scares me.

respect to these drivers and to anyone brave enough to venture those runs.

For God sake... kill your television!! People shouldnt watch these brain-dead shows if they take them too seriously... "If I drive a big truck over iced lakes or hunt for crabs in the freezing temps I'll make the "big bucks" quickly and without much effort." Or if I buy a store-bought "chopper" from a fake, annoying, father/son duo I'll be popular, get the chicks, and be "in."

Some people shouldnt breed.

I just like watching it because of the interesting loads... I'll probably never get the chance to haul anything like that...

The cold doesn't really impress me as I drive in the same stuff all winter, same with the snow and the quality roads.... Only thing I don't do is drive over water, which honestly wouldn't bother me very much... Though Wildkat's pictures of the ice melting and driving through puddles over a river I think might freak me out a bit, not being able to see what you're driving into and all...
