Ummmm...... their called " Taxes " and they include Est. taxes , IFTA....
And you are late if you have not sent a check in.... and a report for miles and a check if needed for IFTA... |

No, this is not a joke, i pretty much Know what they are< i was loking for some smart answer< LOL. I knew i would get just that from my freindly know it all drivers.. Let me rephrase the question.
How do I go about filing them? Do we have a specfic form that needs to be completed? My accountant didnt do her job, so I fired her. I am a quarter behind and I just want to get caught up on this. So any info is helpful. Thanks |

The main form is form 941. There are also state specific forms. If you go to the IRS site it is helpfull to read up.
If I were you I would find a new accountant. Do it sooner then later to avoid late fees.
You will file on or before April 30th for first quarter, July 31st for 2nd, Oct. 31st for 3rd, & Jan 31st for 4th quarter. You must then for file your corporate taxes (If you are a corp) on or before the deadline in April. It really is not that painfull if you plan ahead.
Get a Trucking accountant soon. |

Thanks sidman, I will get on that first thing Monday morn, thats the type of info i was looking for.
