No, this is not a joke, i pretty much Know what they are< i was loking for some smart answer< LOL. I knew i would get just that from my freindly know it all drivers.. Let me rephrase the question.

How do I go about filing them? Do we have a specfic form that needs to be completed? My accountant didnt do her job, so I fired her. I am a quarter behind and I just want to get caught up on this. So any info is helpful. Thanks

The main form is form 941. There are also state specific forms. If you go to the IRS site it is helpfull to read up.

If I were you I would find a new accountant. Do it sooner then later to avoid late fees.

You will file on or before April 30th for first quarter, July 31st for 2nd, Oct. 31st for 3rd, & Jan 31st for 4th quarter. You must then for file your corporate taxes (If you are a corp) on or before the deadline in April. It really is not that painfull if you plan ahead.

Get a Trucking accountant soon.
