I dunno about tuna helper, but another way to satisfy your tuna jones works very well. Open-face tuna melts. There's only two tricks to pass on.
1. Fancy oversized bread won't fit your Burton lunchbox stove sized aluminum "meatloaf" pan. 2 slices of regular bread does fit though.
2. Add the cheese earlier than you normally would if you want it to melt.
Be patient. It takes a little while for the bread to start toasting but keep in mind that's it's easy to forget about it and burn it, I've done it. |
