| im gonna make this quick ,how should i list accidents on an application.i have 3 accidents one was in my personel vehicle.most company applications ask how many preventables accidents i have two that i consider preventable im just not sure what to put my personel vehicle accident as.im not trying to hide anything i always tell them about all three accidents there on my dmv report. i only have one that shows on my dac report .becouse the other company doesnt report to dac.but im having a tough time finding employment ive been driving since 2003 two accidents come off my liscence the beginning of 2009.so when they ask how many preventables should i put three or just the two that were in commercial vehicles.both commercial accidents were non dot reportable non chargeable.thank you jimbo |

First off you need to report ALL accidents regardless of what kind of vehicle they happened in.
2nd as far as preventable or non-preventable you need to list what the company has listed for the accident. FYI: Unless you were legally parked, hit an animal, or rear ended just about all accidents are considered preventable to the company mindset. |
