I am wondering what is the best time to go to school. My thinking is Fall because there will be ashortage of drivers to deliver holiday goods. But you people know better than me.
Opinions?
Also, does anyone know the procedure for a WIA grant in PA?
TIA!

IMHO the best time to enter trucking is in the spring.
1. Freight picks up in the spring. It starts to slow in early to mid December.
2. You gain some experience before having to deal with winter driving.
As far as WIA grants go, those are usually handled through the state employment office. |

| I think Jan. Feb is the best time for training. You are with your trainer during inclement weather. Hopefully, he knows how to drive in bad weather. Then you have the rest of the year to gain experience before you have to face snow and ice again. |
