| Does any one have any info on TransForce? I was told they're looking for a few drivers in the Chicago area to go to the East Coast. Good pay but don't know a lot about them. Thanks. |

| Thanks. I called them this morning and the gig sounds pretty desent. I don't mind the east coast and if I can get a few more guys interested theres a referal bonus too. Know anybody!?! |

For what it's worth, and I'm not even sure whether or not it's the same company, but Transforce in Canada is the largest trucking company in the country, with a fleet of around 20,000 trucks, as per a recent survey. The company is structured as an Income Trust, I believe ( I've no idea what you would call it south of the border ). They have various companies like Canadian Freightways, TST Porter etc. under their banner.
Unlike in the US, they are not a driver-placement company here.
All of the above is, ofcourse, of precious little use to you, but I just thought that you might like to know. |
