| How to become a moderator?? Fill your mouth with marbles. Everytime you read a thread that really pi$$es you off and you don't respond, spit out a marble. When you have lost ALL of your marbles then you qualify as a moderator. :wink: |

If that is indeed the requirement then Roadhog is the only over qualified candidate. :lol:

The question is not how does one become a moderator, rather how does a moderator become one!! :shock: :?
I think I read that in a fortune cookie or saw it on an old episode of Kung Fu or something. |

Now that this thread has come full circle. The answer is that CAD or Big Momma CAD, that's Jeff and Lucinda, will extend an invitation to a member that they think would do a good job as a moderator. They will usually ask the other moderators for input but the ultimate decision is theirs. They also decide when we need new/more moderators. They also decide your pay grade and benefit package. |
