Nobody has posted anything about the baseball steroids scandal. So I thought I would ask...
Who do you believe or do you think they are both lying? I think both are lying to a certain degree. But it's hard to say. I saw part of the hearing and everybody took sides. The one from Mass. grilled Clemens. Is he still upset about the trade? |

Hey Mommee,
Here is my 2 cents worth:
I don't see why atheletes and celebrities are held to a higher standard than the regular American people. I mean c'mon now we all have done something wrong or stupid but we didn't get on national tv or have paparazzi's following us everywhere. I don't see how kids even look up to famous people as role models. To me a role model is someone in your family or around you that you know personally who has changed or impacted your life in some way. To me that is a role model not a famous celebrity or athlete who could careless about things other than money! |

I dunno. I havent heard, but yet I dont keep up with baseball.
Speaking of Clemens, did they found him guilty? I know he was questioned, but I havent heard of anything since. |

| But yet they found Barry Bonds guilty right away. I won't even get into that discussion. I'm not much of a baseball fan either! I really really hate to say this but it wouldn't surprise if they found him guilty cause he was black it really wouldn't surprise me one bit and sorry for saying that. |

I don't think they found him guilt because he was black. He just got caught. All these pro players are under a lot off pressure to win. Barry Bonds is being paid to be Barry Bonds. This means everyone expects him to hit homeruns all the time and to win all the time. He isn't being paid to lose. Alex Rodreguiz is the same way. The Yankees don't pay him to lose. You should have seen the fans when he was in his hitting slump. The fans got on his case and this is NY. Fans here are brutal.
Players take steroids because they think they need that edge to win. Bonds is a very gifted and talented player. From what I understand he was so good, that he didn't even need to do the steroids and he would have broken the records. It would have just take a little longer. |

| Clemens is toast. He sounds like a retard at the hearings and whether or not they find him guilty, his legacy is ruined. |

| Hey Roger, if ya never have been to Canseco's house in Cali then how did you know how long it took to get there from the golf course clubhouse? What a retard to answer that before conferring with his lawyer. It's sad that politics is gone into sports like this. The govt has better things to worry about ie: illegal immigration vs what our sports people are doing. To top it off all the Repubs gave Clemens big meatballs to tee off on while the Democrats really laid it to him. Same thing with McNamee, the Repubs really grilled him while the Democrats laid off and gave him some meatballs. Sad, totally sad that politics are involved so d@mn deep in this. |

I watched part of the Hearing, and Clemens exhibited some telltale signs of lying.
Guilty. |
