you should try Nutri System, it cost about $300 a month, but you will get three square meals a day mailed to you and all you have to do is pop it in the microwave and maybe add a salad/fruit to your meal. You littlerly can be eating in a couple of minutes, if you have a microwave in your truck.

OMFG...nutri system  ...how about some real food like low fat cottage shesse ,lean beef products ,chicken breast ,fruits/veggies pasta and potatos and whole grain breads for carbs you do need carbs in your diet ,but simple refined pre digested simple sugars are best kept to very low intake as they cause spikes in the insulin drive unlike complex carbs ,so there is huge difference between a potato and a mountain Dew  ...a few supplements depending on your goals starting with a simple high quality protein supplement and a mulivitamin .and drinking about 120oz of H20 daily . Oh and buy some weights and instead of watching a movie work out with those weights . Nutri System is for people who watch the scale counting fat loss simply by numbers they see on the scale .

They have some pretty good dishes. Used to eat them when I worked and I did lose weight. My problem is that I didn't need to lose weight  . Got them because they were on sale. My only complaint was that I was hungry a few hours later, but fight the urge to eat again. You'll lose the weight.
