I hauling a car from Baltimore, Md to Miami,FL in a week or 2. The guy wants to know if he can ship his firearm in the car.

What are some of the rulz/regs of this type of thing, or a website that I could find the fine details on???

Dont let them put anything in the vehicle let alone a gun that could be stolen or used in a homicide!!!! WTF is your head? :withstupid:

So long as the gun is in a locked container and unloaded, there should be no problems. As long as it's his gun and in his car and he's the one who will take possession of it once it arrives.

You got two problems. (1) Many states don't accept conceal weapons permits. (2) Most companies won't allow firearms in their trucks.

I want to know how this works all so. I know about all the pistol permit laws but is there a separate law as far as a weapon in a commercial vehicle? say if I was just driving in my home state... and beside company rules?
