Did yall see the game last night?
I listened to it, and it sounded like it was a swamp. I saw the highlights on Sports Center, and it looked nasty. On one of the punts, the ball didnt even bounce. That's crazy.

Ricky Williams got hurt. That looked like it was intentional. Maybe not, due to the wetness. I cant believe that Pittsburg beat the Dolphins only by a field goal.

I watched it. The game was hilarious, just because they were playing in a pond. The scoring was boring, but at least it was entertaining. They'd go down and come back up with water just pouring off of them. Big Ben dove on a fumble and must have slid 5 yards. :) Very fun to watch. Wife and I got a kick out of it.

It sounds like a good folly film.
Dad was telling me that it looked like the linemen couldnt even get a good stance. They were plowing up the field.

Coaches from both sides would run out on the field between plays and try to replace these huge chunks of sod that kept getting torn up. It was really a wild field to play on.

We played a turkey bowl about 15 years ago in pouring rain...serious mud bowl and was probably the best time I've ever had playing football. :)

Yeah, I've played in snow before and had a great time. The best was that mud-bowl, by far. It was in North Carolina, about 65 degrees and pouring rain. Watching that game last night reminded me of it.

Maybe next year they will replace the grass with atrificial turf. Or just stop letting Highschool football championships games be played there and throw PITT out and tell them to build thier own stadium. :?
