Ever wonder what to do with left over roast beef or steak? Well now you know!!
PS: It's super good the first time like this too!
Ingredients:
1. Left over roast beef/or steak - how ever much you have, cut into 3-4" chunks
2. One large can of diced tomatoes
3. One large onion, chopped
4. Spices, I use Town House Garlic Plus, about a tablespoon
5. 1/3 cup brown sugar
Mix all in oven proof casserole dish, cover & bake for 2 hours at 325F. Serve with mashed, baked, or however you like your spuds & veggies. Good idea to have a few rolls for sopping up the juices too!
Note: If you spice your beef or steak use less spice, if you don't use more.
AND, if by chance, there are any leftovers from this (doubtful) add some spuds & veggies & you have a heck of a stew! |
