After watching the Taco Bell commercials on their new chicken toquitos, I came up with the idea of making my own on our Foreman grill before leaving the house.

1 chicken breast, grilled and sliced into 1/4 inch slices (I used Italian herb chicken).

Mozzerella cheese shredded

Tortilla wraps.

Place the chicken strips close to one side, sprinkle cheese over the top (I used a lot) and then roll the wraps and place back into the grill.

You can then place them in a baggy and have them ready to re-heat when needed. I also made beef toquitos and they look good, now I have to just keep the kids away from them till I go back out.
