| This one may not be for when your on the road but when you get home... I got this from my brother . What you do is take a whole chicken ( dead and cleaned like from the grocery store ) and open a can ( 12 oz. ) of beer and insert it into the chickens' ..uh... well, into the hole it will fit into. Place this ( standing up ) in a 4" x 4" pan. Season the outside with salt and pepper ( or anything you like ). Pre-heat grill to 350 to 400 and place inside away from direct heat. Cook for 50 to 60 min. ( best results is to use a meat temp. guage in the thickest part of the breast and when it reaches 165 take off the grill ). You can use other liquid in the 12oz can such as apple juice, ect... and BBQ sauce on the outside. For a smoke flavor put some wood chips in a peice of foil and set in the grill when cooking. This is so good your dog will starve on the left-overs. |

| Here's a good one for chicken pieces . Place chicken in crockpot, top with frozen lemonade concentrate and 1/2 the empty can full of honey, add pepper if you want to cook on low 7 hours - mmmmm....good |
