I 've seen those, but man, you'd have to sell your house for that.... :? |

To the gentleman who thinks I have plenty of time on my hands, I had enough time to send you an email and you have not checked it.
That truck took too much of my time. Made great money but kept me away from my family. I've always told my kids, now 13 and 11, that when they were ready for dad to come home, I would and they did. I own the truck, the truck does not own me. GOD, Family then work. Be blessed. :P |

| Nice truck but $159,900 is a bit out of my price range for a used truck. What did it cost new? |

Keep in mind this truck is under 265,000 miles. It still has all the warranties and then some. Used big bunks don't loose there value like regular trucks. To build a new big bunk this size, your looking at $200,000 and up with my goodies at todays cost. The top manufacturers would not even build me what I wanted.
For example…I have raised heated sub-floors. Under the sub-floors I have a 50 gallon black water tank for my toilet. All of the manufacturers have a 5 gallon pull out cassette. You have to take it into the truck stop or rest area to dump. Mine, you pull up to any rv dump and pull the lever.
If you have a wife who travels with you, you want the bigger tank. When my wife is with me, I’ll dump every week and a halve. Without her, I’m dumping every three weeks. There are many other little things like this that other manufacturers would not even consider.
When I first built this truck, I saw a used one for $120,000. It had 120” sleeper with very little goodies. It had 800,000 miles on a cat engine. Do you know that they sold this? Big bunks are getting more and more popular. With some states, they are cracking down on idle time and with limited truck parking, it’s nice to have your own studio apartment or as I would call it, “THE FUTURE MOTHER IN-LAW SWEET” I can pretty muck park this any place and be ok. Besides have you seen the truck-stops showers lately? You need a BIOHAZARDOUS suite just to take a shower.
Be blessed driver and have a great day and thank you for looking. |

Hey HB
I am writing in regard to Big Bunk. I am in the market for a truck similar to yours. My plans don't call for me to purchase until next year at the earliest. I am writing to ask where did you had your truck built at and how did it set you back. Also If you had a regular cab truck before then what is the avg. expenses over a years time running a large truck. If you still haven't sold it by Dec ( I know a long way off) I would be interested in purchasing it hopefully God willing. Thanks in advance
