I am enrolled at Sage in San Antonio, Texas scheduled on June 4th. By any wild chance is there anyone else from the board that will be attending that class?

Figured it would be a long shot to find someone that would be attending the same school at the same time.....oh well.

Anyways, after 22 years of Naval service and spending the past 3 years researching the industry, companies, and waiting to retire from the Navy, the time has finally come to start school. Starting tomorrow, Monday June 4th, I will begin the process of learning the basic skills needed to get me started as a Professional driver. HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORAYYYY!

How is the training going for you and do they have a top quality program with you just driving with a trainer. I am thinking of going to Sage in Coeur D' Alene, ID.

I enjoyed reading about your training. It looks like you go to classes for the first two weeks and then drive for the next two weeks?

Some of you may have been following my journal as I went through CDL School at Sage Truck Driving School here in San Antonio, Texas. Now that the course is over and I have earned my Class "A" CDL, I wanted to express my total and complete satisfaction with the school.

I can not compair it to any other school for obvious reasons, but I can tell you that this school far exceeded my expectations. The instructors and staff were all very professional and knowledgeable. They taught the material in way that was extremely easy to understand.

The cost was a little on the high side at almost $4,000.00 but I feel that I got more than my moneys worth, most "bang for the buck" as the saying goes and would highly recommend this school to anyone and everyone that might be considering them.
