This has probably been posted here before but how can I get a copy of my DAC report? I'd like to know exactly what it says.

Drivers wishing to obtain a copy of employment information previous employers have stored on them may send a copy of their Drivers License and Social Security Card to:

| Maybe the site admin or a mod can make this or something similar an announcement here in the regs forum since it seems to come up all the time. |
