| Love to go bass fishing. My hubby's usually on the river by this time but because of the weather lately the water's still too cold. Hopefully within the next couple of weeks we'll be out there and bringing them home for supper. Drive safe everyone. :) |

| 8) Here in western Arkansas where I live on the Arkansas River everyone's fishing for either catfish or crappie this time of year. I've heard of times where folks with the right kind of crappie jigs can haul them in about as fast as they can throw in a line. Catfish are either caught on chicken livers or various kind of stink baits or on trot lines on or close to the bottom. Get a mess of catfish or crappie filets rolled in cornmeal and frying on the fire, some hush puppies, homemade french fries, coleslaw, baked beans and a big onion washed down with a pitcher of ice tea, man it doesn't get any better than this! 8) 8) |

Yeah, Midnight Flyer, I used to go fishing with my grandpa on Clear Creek, and Lee Creek. We would go on the Arkansas every once in a while, but he didnt like all the barges running. Thought that they spooked the fish. :P |
