| Im a huge Browns fan which has been tough the last few years but Im no fair weather fan. I know that i like the moves they have made this year to seriously improve the team but I am biased. What does everyone else out there think about how they are coming along. Will they have a better year this year or will they continue to wallow at the bottom of the league? |

Ummm, wallow...wallow...and, wallow...

I like the moves also but it will only be marginal improvement, its a start though. You have to improve thru the draft, something we have failed miserably at. Name one player drafted from 99-04 still on the team? They could have used a dart board and had more success! Drafting has gotten better but it will take one or two really good drafts. Too me something is missing in the confidence area. Coaching staff seems to be guessing all the time. But better players execute better which instills more confidence. I guess the thing is we had many problems that will take more than a year to fix. |

| Yeah many many holes to fill. Thank goodness for Phil savage though the guy is a talent genius. He built the entire Old Browns(ravens) through the draft. Last year he did a nice job but your right previous to that we passed on all pro after all pro for all schmos. Perfect example got cut yesterday number one overall pick Courtney Brown. Gerrard Warren instead of LT so sad. |

| Unfortunately since they came back who are the browns is a pretty legitimate question. |

Wow, other Browns' fans here, I thought I was the only one left in Ohio. Try being a Browns' fan in Bengals' country. Wasn't too tough for most of my life, but the last couple years have been a little tough to bear...
I'm anxious to see how the draft goes myself, but I do have more confidence in the this coaching staff than any since Marty left. I thought Butch Davis would be decent, but he flat sucked as a pro coach. Horrible play calling and decision making skills. He did have some talent at least for a couple of years and produced next to nothing.
I like most of the management and I think they're starting to realize that you build a football team from the line out on both sides of the ball. All this takes time and a few drafts, but I think we should hit the playoffs again in 2-3 years. We'll soon see. |

Yeah there are still plenty of Browns fans left. We just trudge along quietly with our fingers crossed so nobody notices us. lol. Butch Davis might have been an ok coach but he wanted to be it all, GM coach president. His first try in the NFL it was way too much for him but yeah he sucked. Go back to Chris Palmer and he had declared that LT was his pick, in comes The Butcher-er of the Browns and picks Gerrard Warren folow that with Courtney Brown the next year. Lovely.
By the way as much as we want Ozzie back we will keep Savage. I like him since he likes to raid our division rivals each offseason. We finally have a real head office and staff.
Once last thing (*&^*(&) the ravens right back at ya. Perhaps even Ravens fans and Cleveland fans can agree on one thing though @#$!$# the Steelers. |

| Glad to hear I got you excited. Im one of those people that gets excited for football as soon as the combine hits. Partly cause as much as I enjoy sitting in a ballpark watching baseball its just not the same, too many games I think. Im sure we will have a lot of fun getting at each other on here when the season starts. All in good fun and the spirit of competition of course. No way to tell which way this draft is gonna go. There is going to be a lot of surprises I think. |
