Getting a recipie ready to put up a post for cooking a duck......in a truck.
I need some input from people who have a in truck microwave and/or the little ovens.Need to know what the wattage is on your microwaves.
Also, the in truck warming ovens, how hot do they get?
I really consider duck to be the best of all fowl. Just bought a frozen duck for a little over $13.00 and should be able to get 2 meals out of it.
Thinking, roast duck with a cherry sauce on white rice. Just need to cook it here at home at the same power/temps you guys can in the truck.
Be good, Jim |

The little lunch box stove I got quotes temps to 300 degrees F.
I just cook all my meals at home, toss them into foil pans, deep freeze them after they are cooked and use the oven to warm them up. |
