5 lb beef roast
4 medium potatoes, quartered
4 carrots, peeled and cut into 1" lengths
1 large onion, peeled and sliced
salt & pepper to taste
Wrap everything together in heavy-duty aluminum foil. Duct-tape package to exhaust manifold and cook for 4 hours at 70 MPH..
