Does anyone know the rules for DOT 90 day inspections?
Where do you get them done as an Owner/op? |

The 90 day tests in Part 396.3 applies to buses:
Quote: (a)(2) Pushout windows, emergency doors, and emergency door marking lights in buses shall be inspected at least every 90 days.
Some states have more stringent requirements for intrastate commerce, i.e. Illinois requres a six month safety lane inspection for commercial motor vehicles (CMVs.) Illinois wavies the six month inspection for CMVs with a US DOT number.
Be safe. |
