There are some good fantasy football players (value) on the Cowboys and GB. I am glad the Favre is coming back, as he is an exciting player.
Last of the OLD School QB's. |

| I almost blew it by not going to a game last year and not seeing Brett. This Year if I have to I'm going to sit at 1265 and buy from a scalper if I have to. |

When Farve was interviewed about WHY he's coming back, he said.."Because I am sitting on my couch and the Bears are in the superbowl!" :)

Actually What I told Midnight about Brett being through after last year was true. Inside info is that He Was quitting but his time in Miss. and thinking made him come back.
Pack is gonna be alright next year. Can't wait to see the schedule.
I'll either go back to Iraq or a game or 2 |

Umm, what are people's thoughts about Favre campaigning for Moss to play at GB?

That's the last person that Brett needs. "peat" Moss hasnt ever impressed me, and I never cared much for him.
I can't believe that Brett is 37 years old. I guess, I thought he was older. He is only 5 years older than me. :P |

Would the Packers Trade for Randy Moss?
Posted Jan 31st 2007 7:38PM by mjd
The following little note was stuck in one of the bazillions of offseason "Will Favre come back?" articles in Wisconsin newspapers. It raises an interesting possibility, one that I'm not sure that the people of Green Bay would wholly embrace. From Tom Silverstein in the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel:
There have been some whispers that Favre would like to see the offense upgraded and, perhaps, even have the Packers trade for disgruntled Oakland receiver Randy Moss. But McCarthy said the status of the team wasn't on Favre's mind.
This would be like 50 Cent playing a concert in Graceland. I don't know that these cultures can coexist.
The Green Bay Packers and Lambeau Field represent all that is seen as pure about football ... old-school toughness, honoring the past, tradition, history, and nostalgia. Randy Moss, meanwhile, represents ... well, Randy Moss represents other things. The perception of Randy Moss, fair or unfair (and I'm guessing that the FanHouse commenters are chiming in on the side of "fair"), is of a selfish malcontent, a cancer, a "thug," and probably much, much, worse.
If it should come to pass that Moss ends up in Green Bay, at the very least, Moss and the fans are both in for a long "getting used to each other" phase. This could keep sociologists busy for years.
And that's not to even mention to psychological damage that this could do to Joe Buck. |

Man, can you picture that?
Moss at Green Bay
T.O. at Dallas.
Green Bay vs. Dallas would be the game that everybody will love to hate. :) |
