I'm usually lurking in the maint. forum. I'm also diabetic so my on the road diet is important.
Tell me if anyone is interested and I'll start posting my diet regime...healthy.... I am 5' 11" maintaining 171# and LDL of 87

Just got a 12v stove for the road, goodbye sandwiches! I want to stay as healthy as possible, and would like to see your recipes/diet info.

| no doubt....post away. I don't eat in resturaunts. I use the lunchbox oven and the 12volt pizza oven along with my 12 volt coffee maker. |
