I make this on the road it super easy and taste great.
About 1 or 2 lbs sliced beef(WinCo sells its bottom round already sliced and packaged)
1 can Campbells French Onion Soup
I large onion sliced
I use an oven bag and put everything in the bag,put it in either the shoebox stove or crockpot, Let cook about 2 hours and then serve on french rolls using the juices to dip....mmmmmmmm |
