Yee-haw is a rural-folk (usually Southern USA) expression of joy, unless used in a sarcastic manner. Yeee-f'n-haw just puts the F-word in there for a bit of emphasis.

YTRTY: According to the Google search results, it is Japanese.

It is an old Japanese word taken from a famous haiku, which roughly translates as such:
