(The following was actually heard one afternoon around 1300 hours, 1:00 PM. Location is not given to protect all !! :oops: )
Over Fire/Crash net Radio:
10...10....10!! Attention in the station and units on the air. This is Fire Control with a report of smoke coming from a second floor window at Building 1243. Repeating..this is Fire Control with a report of smoke from a second floor window at Building.....HEY THAT'S US!!! THE FIRE STATION IS ON FIRE!!! :shock:
Fire Chief 2 was not happy :oops:
(Smoke was from items left on stove..be right back....etc) |

We feel miffed when we run lights and sirens to a FIRE...and find it's someone burning their morning toast. hehehe
I can see these guy's looking at each other and wondering where the hell they are going...and when it dawns on them...the Fire is their own building...and it's....their breakfast...hehehe.
