Looking for some help on creating a new Avatar. I have uploaded my picture from my personal desk top. Yes, I have resized the pic to be under 24 KB. However, the only picture I can get uploaded is smaller than a microscopic. Is there anyway to get the picture to be a decent size? And not something you need a microscope for?
