I think you'll do just great, Steve, but in many ways you are the exception. That's pretty evident.
There are baptisms..., there are baptisms.... 8) I'll let somebody else tell a bunch of stories. For me, I could go two ways right now. I could begin to talk about what I've endured and what I've learned and how it is I've separated myself from something you see often enough, a newer driver who just can't get his truck parked. I'd be a fool to act as if all my mistakes are past.
The other way to go is to honor God and to proclaim how I've learned I can't tie my shoes without Him. I feel no shame in saying I can't do this job without Jesus, and with Him I have eternal life and a future so bright...I've got to wear shades :D No matter how good or experienced anyone might be we're all on the same ground, fragile creatures subject to calamity but for the grace of God.
Enjoy it. It's a good job.

That one just deserves a replay :) |

I'm thinking, of buying myself an airplane, and starting owner operator deal!
Don't have a licence yet, but i guess it's no big deal.
Anyway, trucking business is getting kinda boring, didn't see any challenge in it, everybody can do it!
Any advice? Where should i start? Should i buy a plane, or parachute first?
Oh! I don't know much about computers either. Does it make me qualified, to open a consulting firm?
How about, gourmet restaurant?
Construction business?
Or should i stick with trucking? |

LOL....I guess I started at the other end. I owned a plane and guess what, it took only 40 hours of instruction and I was sent on my way so you should have no problem. Just remember, red over red....YOUR DEAD....red over white....your all right. |

| Depending on state, you should plan on making your 1st truck payment before even leaving the house. Many of these states/Washington takes forever to get tags, etc to you. Im still waiting for HUT 6 weeks after submitting. Yes I can get one on the spot there, but it doesnt come quick. |
