| Hope it happens several times so that NASCAR will figure out that the smaller holes in the plates make the racing more dangerous than letting them hang it all out some. |

| Talladega is Dangerous so is Restrictor Plate racing-One long freight train and one minor Glitch from someone and it's all over. |

I may not have liked Earnhardt but as he said about Plate racing at 'Dega, "You built a track for us to run 230 mph and you want to slow us down? That ain't racing." Rusty screwed it up though by running around there back in 04 for a test with an engine unrestricted. He was averaging 230 mph and then climbed out and told NASCAR that he could never be paid enough money to run that fast with 42 other drivers. I say pull the plates off and let them run, they won't be running in a great big pack anymore. It will come down to who's got the horses and who don't and it will bring handling into play at 'Dega.
Notice that NASCAR put smaller holes on and it ain't slowed them but 1 mph. Still averaging about 197-198, almost exactly what they were running in practice Friday. |

Yeah-I saw that on Speed Channel last night the New plate and I agree with what Earnhardt said-Just my opinion but I don't see all that much skill involved at Restrictor plate Big Tracks other than what Line you get in.
I saw my driver Kenseth go from 17th place to 6th in under a lap or so  |

| 140 in, no crash yet. Looks like they will either make it without a wreck or it's going to happen in the last 10 laps. Smooth track is helping keep it from happening right now. Not bouncing around into one another, fairly clean racing so far. |

| Jimmie Johnson caused his 3rd Big One in 4 races at 'Dega. Time for the other 42 to start hanging him out to dry until he learns to stop wrecking everyone then claiming he had nothing to do with it. Send him back to ARCA until he learns how to drive properly on the Plate tracks. Guess he will blame Carl Edwards for checking up in front of him, or Gordon for "pushing" him into Edwards, a la last year's race where he claimed Junior was pushing him when Junior was still 5 feet off his back bumper when he ran over Sadler. |

| No, I think it was last year's Fall race, Sadler's 2 Wild Rides were the fall race in 04 and the Spring race in 05. |

| That's Karma for JJ. Too bad Junior got caught up in it. Brian just BARELY tapped JJ. He needed maybe another half inch and it would have never happened. |
