Swift is currently graduating more trainees than they have mentors for.

It can take 2 or more weeks to get one depending on which terminal you will be driving out of. But many in my class were out with in a week, only a couple took more than 2 weeks to get a mentor. Some chose to go to other companies which would pay the school costs for them (they knew before coming to school for the most part that they would not be staying at Swift).

Do try to budget your money to allow for the extra time waiting for a mentor!!

Good Luck!
