I leave on Wednesday with my tainer! 4 weeks in a truck with a complete stranger. All I really know is that she's female and from out west. (Pretty vague huh?)
I'm told that I can take one bag with me... so... can anyone help me make a packing list :?: |

Jax ... be sure to buy yourself a good pair of leather gloves ... and a cheap pair to use just for fueling. ...
a couple of black ink pens...
calculator ...
over the counter meds ... Tylenol, Tums, Alka-Seltzer(sick stomach), Anti-diarrheal (the food/water in different places will up set your system) etc..(this stuff is very expensive in the TS)
cloth bag for your dirty laundry - small bottle of laundry soap (expensive at TS to buy)
Calling card - if you don't have a cell phone
Dozen of postcard stamps - so you can send off those awesome cards to family members back home (it will help with the separation adjustment)
small notebook to take notes in .....
small notebook for directions ... to keep handy when Your driving.
small flashlight - extra battery's
pillow - blanket
List of your meds - you may take daily - List with your Doctor and Phone #'s ... If you need anything on the road just go to the local drug store - give them your doctors information and they will call and get your meds for you ...
If they told you only one bag ... no problem ... use a cloth bag, duffel bag ... you'll get everything in it.
Good luck ... if you have any more questions you can PM me ... I'll be glad to help in anyway possible.,

| A large suitcase can be bungied to the bottom corner of you bunk in an upright position. Just leave room for your feet. Also I would suggest a much smaller 'shower bag' that will hold your toiletries and a change of clothes along with a pair of 'shower shoes'. I think it depends on how often you will see your home or your 'base'. Good luck |

I used a small duffle bag with like they said 5 sets of clothes and a backpack like kids carry to school o take my stuff in and out of truckstops.
For the mos part as long as u can fit it on your bunk with You the TE wont complain. I just urned them longways and they fit up against shelf and my feet when beside them cuased no problems.
Best of luck to u |
