There have been some great threads here listing personal gear, tools, etc. to take on the road with you. Some of the lists are lengthy.
It seems to me that there can't possibly be much storage room available. Are there bins, cabinets, etc. in the sleeper? Are there storage compartments accessible from the outside (e.g., for tools, spare engine oil and antifreeze, etc.)?
Do some of you have creative ways of stowing gear to maximize the available space, and keep it from bouncing around or being a hazard in case of an accident? |

Thanks for the info!
I've been in a day-cab, but never one with a sleeper. |

| You should consider a big bunk. Then there will be plenty of room for everything. |

You can see some of the internal storage spaces in the Volvo video for the VT880 Sleeper.
Here is a link to it:

| That's gotta be around a 1000 gallon Tank-I was gonna say that would be a blast backing into some of the whse's I've been but by the Wheel covers I'm guessing he's pulling Heavy Haul. |

That "showtime" truck was ummm... impressive.:shock: :):):):):):):):)
I'm glad I'll never have to back it up. :)
The video was good - thanks for the link, and for the suggestion to go to a truck dealer and look around. |
