They have 4 different test that they give at random. |

| I heard they have six different ones now and they're not supposed to give them back. I just took mine last week and they didn't give it back, I took the endorsements yesterday and they also didn't give them back. |

CA now keeps them because everyone was giving them to their friends. Some of the schools will sell them to you for about $150.
Some of the DMV examiners will quiz you on their own during your driving test and can still fail you if they think you don't know the stuff. |
